1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the f3339 online gaming platform ("f3339", "Platform", "we") and any person who is registered or wishes to register on this platform ("you", "member", "user").

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on f3339, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

f3339 may request documents for identity verification at any time. f3339 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the requested documents are not provided.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To open an account on f3339, you must provide accurate personal information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account.

3.2 Login Credentials Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect your login credentials have been stolen or accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

f3339 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or technical errors.
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted at f3339 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300. Third-party payments are not accepted — the payment source must match the registered name on the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the deposit and will be sent to the registered account holder's name.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on f3339 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000, is available at f3339. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus up to ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies once only, on the first deposit.
• The account must be fully verified before a bonus can be claimed.
• f3339 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used with the primary account and cannot be transferred to another account.

6. VIP Program

The f3339 VIP program has three tiers. Regular and active players can advance to higher tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

f3339 reserves the right to determine and modify the benefits, cashback amounts, and advancement criteria for each tier at its own discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply to the associated account only.

7. Responsible Gaming

f3339 prioritises the protection of all players. We believe gaming is for entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems.

• If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, notify our support team immediately.
• You can request a deposit limit or a break on your account yourself.
• Only play with money that you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Fraud, providing false information, or using forged documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through software bugs, bots, or automated tools.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Misconduct or threats toward f3339 staff.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the f3339 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, designs, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of f3339 or its content providers. Copying, distributing, or republishing any content without authorisation is prohibited under applicable law.

The intellectual property of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Microgaming belongs to their respective owners.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
